Dieting is hard enough without making this any more difficult than it already is.
My aunt tells me that in her lifetime she has lost thousands of pounds. For some reason they keep finding her again. My extra baggage seems to be very attached to me as well. At 50 years old, with a history of diabetes and high cholesterol in the family, my doctor looked at me and said "It's time to get healthy."
So here I am, sharing a treasure chest of healthy hints and tips that have helped me to finally lose the weight, improve my health, and be happier and more satisfied in my life. I eat better, feel better, exercise more, and get deeper sleep, and enjoy my life and my relationships more. I am no longer deprived, bitter and anguished. Instead I am fully satisfied, and happy.
