Yes, of course.
When?
When someone else is trying to break you.
The world is full if extremely insecure people. And they are insecure, in no small part, because they do not know the love of a Savior. People try to control their fears by controlling their surroundings. Doesn't work.
When you have really low self esteem, the fastest, easiest way to build yourself up is by knocking someone else down. Doesn't work.
When you are being attacked, either spiritually, physically, mentally, or verbally, the Bible tells us to "Stand firm" in the knowledge and teachings of Christ. Or, in other words, be a little stubborn. But stubborn in the right things. Live not for the things of this world, but for the promise of life everlasting.
And for that, you bet your bottom dollar I'll be stubborn as anything you've ever seen before!
Until next time:
Peace to you and yours,
