I just finished reading this book. I think it is the fastest I have read a book in a long time. I took it to work with me every day so I could read at breaks and lunch. I highly recommend it.
If you love a good mystery, ghosts, twists and turns, then you will love this.
Daniel, a man down on his luck, homeless, penniless, and taken in by a greedy cousin gets a job offer. It is a little odd, but he can deal with odd if it comes with a paycheck and a place to stay.
But the odd turns into weird, then scary, and then life-threatening. Can he stay? Should he stay?
You'll have to find that out on your own. No spoilers here. But I will tell you, Darcie Coates is not on my list of favorite authors.
