There has been an arrest, after 40 years of being a cold case. I had just graduated high school, gotten married, and moved to Sacramento when these attacks were happening. And, my new husband was working the graveyard shift, so I was alone all night. This was a very stressful time for our city. I am taking a personal interest in this case.
