Create some visual aids. Whatever you need to help you actually see that you are making some progress. Sometimes it is hard to keep your focus when the goal is abstract.

Put a pop up reminder on your phone of your progress.
Write notes of praise in your lunch.
Just remember what a great accomplishment even trying this is.
