Before Christ began his ministry there was "one who cried out in the wilderness". This man paved the way for Jesus to do his ministry. In the last few blog posts we learned that Mary and her cousin Elizabeth were pregnant at the same time, and that they shared their joy with each other. It is, in fact, Elizabeth's baby who was born first, that was the one crying out repentance in the desert to make the way for Jesus. His name, John the Baptist.
So who paved the way for your writing? Who inspired you to start? Is it another writer that you admire? Is it a family member that recognized and encouraged your gift? A teacher? Pastor?
Take time to thank them If you can. Thank God for sure, for He definitely paved the way for your success (measured only by His standards, not ours).
See life differently.
