The Best Leaders, are first followers.
Followers of God.
We are human. We don't have all of the answers to life's most difficult questions, and it would be arrogant to think that we did, or do.
For us to know anything we must first learn it. No one is born with all of the knowledge of the world... well, except for one man.
Jesus of Nazareth. "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me."
So why not ask Him? Learn from Him. Take His advice.
Before any of life's big decisions, pray. Ask for guidance.
Before the smallest of issues, pray. There is nothing so big, or so small, that we cannot take it to Our Father in prayer.
Be a true leader. Set an example. Follow Christ.
You might just be amazed at the miracles that will surround you.
